Brenda and I wanted to touch base with you and let you know how pleased we are with the way you handled the sale of our home on Chickasaw Trail. It went so much smoother than either of us thought was possible. We were very apprehensive with the market still in uncertain times. In all honesty, we were a bit doubtful when you recommended ' staging' the house. We didn't know if the extra expense would be worth it in the final price we received . We were very surprised with the difference it made in the appearance of the house. It was very well done, and made the house look like a show place. We feel that it certainly had a huge influence on the length of time the house was on the market, and the price of staging was more than offset by the final offer we received. A very good suggestion by you. Also, the effort you, personally , put into the job was so gratifying that we knew right away we had the right person representing us to prospective buyers. As first time home sellers, we were unsure about what all was involved in the process. Luckily, we found Kim Blanton! Kim came out to our old house and had an amazing presentation. She informed us exactly what she thought would sell our house quickly. After we made the changes, and got our house on the market, our house sold in 2 days!!!! Hi Kim, it was good to hear from you. On our new house, we have finally gotten most of the boxes unpacked. I will take pictures soon and send them to you. We really do love our new home. It is so bright and airy. My favorite part of the day is sitting in the kitchen eating breakfast as I look out over the backyard and all of the trees with their fall foilage. It is so beautiful.
